Rear view mirror help
My rear view mirror has been falling off like 4-5 times due to the rattle from my system (not trying to sound cool or trying to make my system seem "loud as fuck")...i kept on using the regular "Extreme mirror glue" crap that they sell at AutoZone/Advance Auto Parts and that wasnt working out.....
So i decide to get some epoxy glue for glass...and unfortunately i ended up putting it the wrong way
...yeah i know im embarrass you dont have to mention it lol...so my problem is how can i get the metal piece of my windshield without breaking it...
so far i tried using the razor blades...nope...lacquer thinner around the piece and yeah nothing happening yet..
so any helpful suggestions will be greatly appreciated

use a chisel and hammer lol
Hit it as hard as you can on the outside of the windshield right where the glue is with a rubber hammer...it should pop right off. I did it once, but used a 10lb. sledge (lightly) and it worked perfect. PM me if you need a hammer, I work for Craftsman.
