Default Parts Interchange Guide???

anyone know what website can be used? i need to see what year parts will interchange on my car any help would be appreciated thnks

I wish someone had the time and resources to make an interchange data base with all of the parts that "can" be swapped. Example being the Nissan Quest alternator can be swapped into a 240sx which gives you 110 amps instead of the stock 75. But it isn't a prefect fit, you just need a little swivel bolt thing.
