I really can't amek out that pic. can someone explaing. to me it looks as if that person as glow-in-the-dark stickers on their intercooler on a wrx.. AM I RIGHT?

i admit thats kinda neat but i dont think i'd want yet another electrical thing, cuz im into ghetto rigging, and mine would somehow ground into the fuel rail and blow my car up

:o so no i wouldnt do it myself.
