I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. Yes but apperently he was the "main" stig. Others were used as well for different purposes. But why is it hard for you guys to believe he got fired. The original black stig was fired as well once his identity was discovered. I really could care less about the stig he was no fun anyway.

There is one main "Stig" but you can tell by the driving styles that it is not the same person everyweek, they have had others. When it is obvious they dress him in a different color and call him a relative.

You know I bet there might be several Stigs. but I bet Ben is the only driving stig. I bet they have ppl that act as him during public stunts and stuff.

^Seriously, otherwise that would completely defeat their whole car rating system of lap times. I dont think there was more than one stig per season at least... and from all the top gear Ive seen (all) I've never noticed anything very out of character in the test track laps.
