Hey GM Guys, airbag question
1996 Buick Regal
So, I was driving along minding my own business and all of a sudden, my airbag just falls off of my steering wheel and into my lap. Now, obviously I was a little frightened, because theres a chemical bomb sitting on my dick. Butthole pucker moment, thats for sure. It didn't go off, though. But I have to put it back on. Heres where my question comes in.
I don't want to end up connecting something wrong and have the fucker detonate in my face, so heres what I have. Theres a yellow wire on the bottom of the back of the bag with two wires in it, secured to the airbag itself via a clip connector. Then theres a red wire with a spring on the end of it coming from the airbag. then theres a black ground wire coming from the airbag. The yellow wire is still connected via the clip, and I'm fairly certian I know where the red lead goes (theres a hole that looks like it fits it) but where the hell do I plug in the black lead? And more importantly, are those red and black leads for the airbag or for the horn? If they're for the horn I won't feel so anxious about handling them, but the thought that they're for the airbag and I might fuck it up kinda scares me.
Any insight?

I think I read this in Ford Tech somewhere and I figured after 2 times I would Google it. Came up w/ the owners manual which might have some input (seemed kind of big and I didn't want to download it)...but the preview (in red) seems to make some reference to it.
Maybe it will help.

Werd, thanks. I actually just fixed it. Ends up the ground lead just sorta slides in under the power plug (which has a big plastic insulator) and is sorta half-assed held in place by tension. Pretty ghetto-rific.
