As far as I know, the 7th Gen Civic's share the same chasis as the 6th gen, so in theory you should be able to perform any of the same swaps that the 6th gen owners do. My suggestion of course would be to swap in a B16A motor into that EX of yours.

As far as I know there is nothing that will "just swap" into the 7th gen Civic. The motor mounts different then the previous gens. Supposedly thought the RSX and the new Si mount the same way except the exactly opposite (mirror image) of eachother. For example the RSX drivers mount is the exact same but opposite the Civic passenger mount. Basicly you would have to get the "complete swap" + torch the mounts from the frame of the donar car and torch the civics mounts out and weld the donar cars mounts in. I would assume the donar cv alxes would work but you would have to swap the entire wiring harness inorder to use the I-VTEC. I am sure someone will be making a conversion mount and wiring kit for the car soon though.
