I decided to send the following message to the top bidder.
As an engineer and an auto enthusiast I wanted to tell you that this item you are bidding on is a scam.
They are selling you nothing more than a marine bilge ventilation fan by suggesting that you can use it as a turbo.
This fan can not generate the pressure required to add any power to your engine.
If you win this item you will have been scammed out of over $100 for a $50 bilge ventilation fan that will do nothing for your engine.
Sorry to have to break you the bad news.
