Cheapest place to install springs would be your garage! Do it yourself.... you'll probably learn a thing or two in the process..

I'll agree. Learn it yourself. It's not hard and it's an easy learning experience!

Shop Manual for your vehicle
Spring Compressor (rent at discount auto for like 15 bucks I think)
Good set of wrenches, sockets.... not that cheap made in Taiwan crap... at least Husky brand
Jackstands
Floorjack

It's not hard to do it yourself..... trust me

 

Shin180sx, thanks, you've just inspired me to do it myself...since you've pretty much listed everything i need then when the srpings do come this week i will get some friends over and do it then, thanks.
Sorry to everyone who made offers previously, but a majority here says that its a great learning expereience so I think i'll try it out.
