It would appear to be a rather expensive way to get an extra 40HP from a honda.

 

Think Tom or I posted this a few months back... yeah.. pretty expensive for 40hp..

that's the motor i think should have originally came in the new si IMO.

sorry for the repost anyway i dont really know why the swap was done it was defanatly not cost effective. possibly just to see if it could be done and to be the first ones out there to do it.

Thats the stupidest way of going about making power for the Si. Why would you swap a whole damn motor, theyre basically the same except for the trannies -- just swap the cams,manifolds, pistons and ecu into the Si and have the same damn thing almost.
