This is florida after all, and on most summer days we usually have to deal with frequent thunder storms.

While riding around with the top down on the open road can be awesome, have fun trying to haul your family around when they are trapped in a swealtering car and sweating buckets on a hot and humid florida day.

Short of a track car, I will never own anything without A/C again, that's for sure, even if it is a convertable that I could drop the top on when circumstances allow for it.

I lived in FL over 20 years. Are you seriously trying to school me about FL weather ?

Nope, but you are saying you would like to drive around in a car with your family in it in the pouring rain on a typical hot and swealtering day without A/C?

Owning a pop top doesn't mean A/C isn't an option.

Yeah, when I was younger and had some stripped down cars I lived without A/C but I suffered greatly for it. Never again is all I can say.

I have two perfectly good cars that work and have A/C. This thread is about a summer convertible car to enjoy driving to the beach, to Adventure island ,the park, or something similar. It does not rain every day in Florida It does not rain in FL all day 24/7 in the summer. If it doesn't have A/C oh well. I could always repair the A/C system if it's faulty.

I'm the one going to drive the car. My wifey is the one who will be driving the car also. Not you. So you don't have to worry about the A/C

Well I think it's between these models. BMW, Jeep Wrangler/Islander, 99-06 stang or a Mitsu Eclipse 01-04 body style.
