its where your peepee gets yanked up and down and it feels pleasureable enough to when you feel like you gotta pee, your peepee has a tremendus good feeling in the big hard part then white stuff comes out of your peepee hole and your hands get sticky like eating candy. then you gotta go tinkle a little bit!
