Came home from work today in the morning popped on the T.V and the GT3E was on. I'm not sure if it was live or an old race. Lots of Corvettes, audi, Few mustangs, I think I saw the new Camaro too. Some Lotus cars were there. Not sure which model. Ferrari and several others, but I don't know what they were. The Vettes were dominating the whole time I watched the race. They had 1st , 2nd, 5th, and a few other positions. The mustang was doing terrible. Audi R4 or something was doing good, but not as well as the vettes. Did anyone else get to watch the race ?

weird, never heard of any other American cars in the GT3 than the Ford GT and the Vettes.

Never watched GT3 racing. When I turned on the T.V and started to flip through my racing channels the GT3 European championship was on. Can't say which cars belong to which class or anything. It was nice to see the Chevy dominating. Can't say the same for the camaro or the Stang. They were doing horrible. I'm almost certain it was a camaro. The front of it was so identical. I could of been mistaken though.

 

I only watch ADAC Masters occasionally or VLN races the the Nürburgring, but never saw a Mustang there.

guess they are only driving in that European Championship series which I never heard of.


Audi R8s, the Vettes and the Alpina B6s usually are at the first few places.

Andreas Wirth, the 2nd driver of the first Alpina B6 GT3 is a customer at the dealer my brother works at (BMW and Alpina), nice guy, awesome car.
