Lol I'm at a BBQ right now and a friend just told me about it, he read it earlier in the M-Forum today. Alot of BMW peeps on that BBQ so this thread was quite entertaining....

Oh yes we do, it has a different name but its basicly the same......we also gave up putting carriage suspensions in our cars when turns were invented, using proper dampers and coils instead.
