Question Rebuilt Engine??

While I was under my car changing my plugs, I saw a sticker on my block from "Eagle Engine Sales Inc" along with a S/N. Since I got the car a year ago and I didn't have the motor put in, does anyone know if I can contact Eagle with the S/N and they can tell me how many miles it had when they put it in? So I can get an idea of how many miles the motor has now.

Because I figured I might get some useful information about this company. But instead I get a dick head remark. It was a simple question.
