Good luck fitting a 12 cyl. in that, let alone the 10 cyl. from the Viper

Your right.. those 1.01 skip pad numbers they have are horrible... If only it held like something vw put out

We dont know what the reserve is set at... Thats my favorite color viper... When you drive a viper is like a whole nother world... Just always fucking burn my leg getting out.

Thats kind of a stereotypical misconception. Lowest laterall G's I have heard them rated at is .98. Here are a few cars to compare it too

Lotus elise .94 G
Z06 Vette .98 G (seen 1.00 G in some magazines)
911 Turbo .93 G (from same magazine as above vette)

Also the Viper was one of few cars able to not only take a class win, but an overall win at Le Mans. Thats pretty tough to do when the top class cars are all prototypes that weigh nearly nothing and have a lot of hp.

Most people say they handle like crap because they have a massive 8.0L V10, and assume it is front heavy and therefore good for nothing but straightline acceleration. However true that may be for some other cars, its not for the Viper.

Dodge certainly has the right idea with the Viper, but leave it to them to find a way to make it into a deathtrap.

Have any of you heard about this major steering defect with the Vipers?
