I really cant believe this is a serious question. You are comparing two different cars, and Im afraid you have NO idea what you want.
The SRT isnt even the same class as an S2000. About the only thing the SRT beats the s2000 in is straight line acceleration, everything else in the s2000 embarasses the neon.

So let me get this straight, your saying, the SRT4 handles well? 
Turning radius fail too. Shittles... not many are fast, fast compared to what a Geo? Seriously though they arent fast. Faster than my Civic... but thats not saying much. Ask any racer, any real racer...

All i'm saying is I used to shit on NSX's,and S2000's...With $350 in mods.
If you get a Srt,Your gonna have haters(obviously)..They look good,sound good...and can be fast with minimal money.
BUT me personally?I'd go with a S2000..SRT's are a headache.

hello. im currently saving up for a new ride in the summer. Im a big fan of the srt 4 but the s2000 are nice too but turbos are too expensive. i wanted to know which car would be better for DD/ drag strip. either a GT35r srt 4 or an s2000
is it worth paying at least 5k for a turbo kit for the s2k? or is an srt 4 a beast. im doubting it since its FWD and the s2k is RWD. Thanks

i vote, get the s2k, and buy the BOV noise box. since that's what it sounds like you're really after.
you want to look cool, but you're obsessed with boost. why so adamant that the s2k has to be boosted? it's pretty fun even in stock form. you're afraid to get a skittle because you might end up liking dudes. you're afraid to get the s2k because it doesn't KA-PSHHHH in stock form.
