Still working on it, so it's not finished, but I think the tab is in the $10K range right now. I found a lot of ignition issues while getting to the plugs so it should run much better after I'm done. You'd be amazed what a V12 can hide driveability wise.... I don't mind working on it but you have to have a lot of patience. My hands and arms are all scraped up from trying to get to everything too. You have to be like a giraffe to reach over the quarter panels and into the engine compartment. We've ordered most of the parts through a Lamborghini dealer and a lot of it has to be shipped here from Italy. The fuel system is good ole CIS. It's basically setup like two inline sixes.

This thing doesn't even come close to the hardest spark plug change I've had to do though.... I worked on an SLR McLaren, the engine had to come out to change the spark plugs, no joke!

who cares how fast such cars are on the 1/4, these are Road Racing cars.

Never really been a fan of the Countach, the dashboard reminds me of a Pontiac Fiero, but it's always good to see cars like that are still driving around somewhere.

My sister's godfather had a Miura....and my Mum hit a curb with it and ripped of the front bumper

One funny thing about the parts.... We ordered fuel filters from Lamborghini, assuming they'd be special. But no...... This is what Lamborghini sent us, from Italy.... Basically a $20 filter from Bosch that was used on a bunch of mercedes. Cost us $500ish

I never knew they were CIS. Ew. I've owned just about every factory CIS car and immediately EFI'd them.
