Default Do cats go for good prices?

I have two cats from my car that were replaced. I was reading somewhere that some metal yards pay $50 a piece for them. Is this true? If so anyone know of a place to call?

I called the place on Ridge in NPR and they said $5. pffft.

Some places pay a decent amount for them but I think you have to have a scrapping license or some shit because people steal them a lot.

I couldn't get a penny for my cat. She's skinny though. No meat on her at all.

When I saw the thread title, I thought OP was trying to hustle house cats for a few bucks.

Freaking awesome! I'm glad you guys liked my misleading title and sn. HAHAHA!

Sucks I can't find a good place to buy them though. Extra cash is always good. Oh well maybe I'll have to find some real cats and sell them to some chinese restaurants...

I ended up selling mine to one of those guys that pick up scrap metal for 15 bucks. I used to be able to get at least 50.
