Unfortunately Jerm the work won't come back to the US. To much money is made outside the US by US companies due to cheaper labor and all that stuff. But hey while the unemployment in the US grows it sure as hell increases the hell out of the GNP which helps us keep increasing our debt which helps us increase our loans from other countires that we wouldn't otherwise have anything to do with because we are able to make the payment
But then again I know I have this wrong.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.
