The bumper is not off of the RS Focus it is the RS option that you can order with your Focus over in Europe. The real RS Focus hasnt even started production yet but it has an entirely different body kit that sports the WRC wide fenders and a WRC inspired front bumper.
The Euro Foci do come with different power plants. You can get the 1.6 Zetec or the TDI as well as both the 130hp and SVT versions of the 2.0l Zetec motor. I think you can get an even smaller displacement version of the Zetec motor a 1.4 I think.
Oh this guy didnt get the Euro tail lights yet. They have amber turn signals where the backup lights are on the US spec lights. The solid red light on the bumper is a rear fog light while the other is a red reflector and of course the back up light.
