I was actually talking about the below comment

"Fully caged, fuel cell and 640 track ready"

I never said I would make a crx competitive against this viper with 6k. lol

eh actually the next NSX will be pretty sick.

The next generation Acura NSX is still two years away. But the cars with which it will compete are currently moving the goal posts further and further toward the horizon. By the time the NSX arrives, it could need rocket boosters and a hyperdrive. Or maybe it already has them?

The NSX prototype that we recently showed you lapping the 'Ring has recently been clocked unofficially by KGP spy photographers doing a 7:37 lap around the 'Ring in traffic. It's no secret what kind of cars live in that 7:30 bracket. Seeing as how Honda CEO Takeo Fukui wants the NSX to lap the 'Ring faster than the GT-R, we'd be remiss if we didn't mention that Nissan's supercar has done it officially in 7 minutes, 29 seconds.

Remember, though, when the Nissan GT-R was casually timed by trackside reporters, they clocked it doing a 7:38, and well know now what GT-R can really do when pressed by a professional. If the NSX mule and it's rumored 550-hp 5.5L V10 are really that good already, then the car looks in good shape to deliver on Honda CEO Fukui-san's command to beat the GT-R and LF-A.

That's just a circle track with some banks. Hardly a track to show of the potential of a car this caliber.

lol... there's a difference between 550hp and 640hp. The viper is a driver's car, it sounds like this NSX is gonna be another gt-r35. Until the NSX is in a dealership, you can't argue with it.

this is a paragraph from the link you posted : "Whereas Toyota's entry is reported to put out 400 horsepower to the rear wheels, the NSX will reportedly get about 450 horses going to all four wheels via Acura's SH-AWD system. Dubbed the "Super Hybrid Sports," sources claim it will be built on the same steel platform as the next generation Acura RL."

Only honda would build their "flagship sports car" on the same the platform as their luxury 4 door sedan.

You asked if Honda was making something as nice as the Viper, I gave you your answer.

oh the GT-R doesn't come with a V10 lmao and Hp doesnt mean much look at the times.

also
Honda never said that they'd use the RL platform just the SH-AWD system.

The bottom of the paragraph says "sources claim" isn't a fact from Honda.

Ever hear of the Rolex 24? The Daytona road course is 3.5 miles that add six turns to the oval. Possibly the fastest road course in the country.

1. I asked if honda was making, meaning producing something this good. Is this car in production yet.
2. Not as nice as the viper.
3. "Look at the times", didn't the ACR viper lap the ring in 7:21 ? That's faster than the NSX.
