hey i have a 94 civic ex. so i came across a problem about a week ago. i have a uncontrolled idle in my car. i believe its the idle control sensor but i was told its the little sensor thats right next to the idle control sensor. the idle problem is all the time. even after i warm up the car. the car never heats up and it runs fine but once i put it in nuetral the idle goes up and down. has anyone come across this? help!!!

 

Sounds like the FITV (fast idle thermo valve)
