That is the type Fugly shit done by people that live on the outskirts of Tampa. There used to be this Fugly 2 door Eagle summit that used to run around St. Pete It was stock green but had 3 thick pinstrips spray painted on it in 3 different neon colors. It had a gaudy wing and chrome stylish hubcaps. It had all the Wal-mart chrome accessories like wiper blades door edging even around the hood and truck. To top it off the jackass had big 4 X 4 stickers on it. It was Fucking Ugly and people like tha should be shot. The only good thing though is that I saw the car in Cophers-U-Pull it acouple of weeks ago so it cant be an eyesore to humanity anymore!!!
