There is a maxima parked in my apartment complex and it hasnt moved since june. The people from the office want to tow it but im trying to stall them Does anyone have any information on acquiring an abandoned car? I've asked around my complex and its no ones care who lives there. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You can't do anything with the vehicle unless you can locate the registered owner.

If the vehicle has a lien, it will probably be picked up by the lienholder once the car is impounded.

 

ok thought so. Doesnt matter much now because they towed it this morning before i even got up.
