So... Anyone know how to get in touch with Frank from Xtremeboost?? I guess they were having some troubles and closed the shop, but im still looking for a refund from him... Anyone know anything?

if they truely closed the shop for good your most likely SOL.

if the buisness is not incorportated you can take the owner to small claims court but thats about the best your going to be able to do.
