ok my wifes uncle has a older MM diesel that i want to get running.he said that it ran great but he had a hip problem that wouldnt allow him to drive since its a 5 speed he let it sit for a while and now it wont start but turns over. I quickly looked at it and its not getting any fuel. But the one thing that im not certain about is diesel's. How does the fuel get to the injection pump? Does the IP suck fuel to it or is their a pump in the tank. I also tried to put diesel straight to the IP and nothing? Thanks for looking.
