I remember seeing a video about a EF hatch,with the CRV AWD.

They are weak from what I remember,and can't handle much power being thrown at them.

 

IIRC,the torque split is 90/10.

Meaning the back wheels only get 10% of the power,it's still mainly driven by the front wheels.

 

... The RTAWD means the back dosnt do shit until the fronts slip. So then, its 90/10. Its pretty much for just getting the car in motion in the snow. The rear diffs can take up to like 200hp before they snap.

The real question is the Element shit for a rear diff.

 

just drop the fron axles? lol then u would lose all ur trans fluid u retard

 

Weld up the center diff and keep the front axles in place.

 

Haha, didn't think about that......my baddd! Well it would be fun tho if that didn't happen. Well I saw this video of one in action on grass and the rear wheels seemed to have quite a bit of power. All and all tho, I think would be a good platform and if strength was an issue, possibly getting some custom stuff done to the transfer case or tranny and axles would be a suggestion
