I've met the owner and autocross against him. he couldn't get any traction so he kept dropping his tire pressures, till he rolled the bead off and hit a tire wall on his third run

That car smoked and ran terribly last time I saw it. And the "full roll cage" is definitely just a 4-point hoop with a cross bar. The exhaust is pretty interesting though, exiting right behind the seats I'm sure its awesome sitting in traffic with that thing.

Yes, you can install a passanger seat as long as you have a four point seatbelt. I didn't bc it looks more like a racecar with just one seat.
