my sister got a letter like this today but no one was home to get it. she DOES NOT RACE OR HANG OUT AT ANY OF THE COOL JDM SPOTS so idk what it could be i doubt anything street racing related, all tho shes not the best driver. its probably something gay and stupid.

 

If you got a parking ticket from hanging out at 4th st or causeway, you know people do walk around and stuff. not hard to look at someones plate and memorize it or put it in a phone real quick and make a big list.

 

Yeah its all heresay is my point, they cannot without a doubt verify it was me, and the conditions related. I will scan it when I get it today for future reference.

 

30 dollar parking ticket, because I was "observed" parked on 4th street. I am going to call them about it. The violation is under "other." It came with a letter about street racing taking place on 4th street.
