Thats what happens when you drop a car on air ride. The suspension gains negative camber the lower it goes. Which is normal; raise it up to drive and it goes back to a semi decent alignment.

Its all dependent on the suspension design. Most like the benz run multi-link or double wish bone, which would gain camber the lower they get. And when the suspension is lowerd that much then the camber gain would be extreme like in the picture.
i'm not into bags but that benz is pretty slick, minus the "my first late 1990s honda baby blue" paint it has on it. that car shouldn't be posted in this thread though.
tires, suspension arms, wheel bearings, ah the price to pay to be an attention whore. some people want to be looked at, so if that's their thing, whatever. but some of those are plain dangerous.
but I think JonLGT said it best. that guy must like looking at his car. hardparkers FTL.

edit: it's really simple people. A tire's only purpose is to provide grip on the road. If you want more grip, you get a wider tire and thereby a wider wheel if necessary. If you have a tire that's wide enough, you don't need a wheel that's way wider than needed to fit the tire on it. That's just adding a whole bunch of unnecessary unsprung weight that will negatively affect the vehicles performance and ride characteristics.
