Repair broken Carbon Fiber

Well I hit a pothole filled with water so I didnt see it coming and busted my CF v-limited lip into 3 pieces. Is there anyway to salvage this or did I just blow 500 dollars out my ass.

you can repair it with fiberglass but then your going to have to sand it smooth and paint it...

otherwise your shit out of luck.

Man this sucks, Im sure theres nothing I can do. Im sick of worrying about my car 24/7 its seriously more of a stress then anything because of the fact Im always worried about it. It has no scratches no dents and now a fucked up lip. I think Im going to smoke myself retarded right now.

Since it's probably not actually carbon fiber but rather a fiberglass with CF overlay it can be fixed and shouldn't be to bad.

This is why you should probably consider a flexible lip, especially if your car is lowered.

^+1 theres no reason to have a CF lip, a CF splitter on a track car is fine, but on a street car? useless. Plastic is cheaper and much more durable. Fiberglass is cheaper, and much more repairable then ABS, but not as durable.
