Im not selling my Z28.... But i was thinking about buying another car. I have a black cavalier as a daily driver and it runs great. Needs new calipers next brake change but thats about it. It also has a rough black paint job and no AC... and the driverside window doesnt go down. That combo plus summer is going to be aweful. It gets killer hot in that car. Was thinking of buying another cavalier for 3000-4000 dollars and giving the black one to my brother.
I can get a nice one with low miles for that much. The black one has 167000 miles but has at Least 40000 miles left on the engine. The last one lasted 190000 miles but it was beat on non-stop unlike this one.

So what would you guys buy lets say for under 6 grand? Think i could get a good running wrangler for that much? Kinda leaning toward cheep insurance good gas mileage car.???.. Course 6 grand could get me that GSX-R 600 I want to nah.. need something practical.

 

Yeah 6k can get you a older wrangler which are nice trucks try to get the inline 6 if you can.

 

I know man I know.... Actually i wanted to buy another car so i dont spend the 5Gs on my z28. The disease is horrible. Its like trying to quit smoking crack for taking acid hits
Actually Im kinda looking at this bad ass mustang. 96 automatic 4.6 Convertible. To bad its the slowest mustang gt ever but the guy has enough mods/gearing on it to get low 14s. It looks badass too. Sweet 5 star polished rims and speedster tonneau cover . Black stang would go nice with the white Z28. That stang probably puts 230 hp to the ground but with the gearing and shift kit should feel like 265 to the ground.
I can just see them sitting next to each other... Drive the stang for a daily driver... and if some dude kicks my ass then Ill come back with the Z28... and if i get my ass kicked with the 400hp z28 then well........ emm.... 500 dollars for nitrous i guess
Ah they would look so good together.. See my 396 would cost 5 grand and cost me another 3500 grand for a new rearend suspension fuel pump injectors etc. This Stang would run me 9000. Plus i could swap the rear ends! That mustang doesnt need a 9inch with so little power. Thats a good investment right!??!?! Come on guys what do you think??!?! All i need is a few thousand for a loan which would be no problem... Plus i could keep my cavalier and have the 2 muscle cars as weekend pleasure cars.... Aghh.... Im telling you its a disease... I also want to buy a salvaged Viper in a few years to rebuild it (mainly just body work).
Maybe i need a new addiction? You think cocaine would be cheeper than my current addiction?

It is his for the most part (long story) but it stays at my house when he is in town and I kept it at my house last summer while he was out of the area. Sorry I am no GM fan but this car is a exception.

I know it is not the same as your situation (you would own both cars) but now the questions here is do you know the h.p. breakdown between my Mustang and his Camaro ?
