I wonder how much engineering gm did on the vibe?Its built at the same plant as the matrix and powered by the same motor.

I pick neither, I'm more into classic budget sports cars from Europe usually for handling characteristics, not much speed but they make great motor-x cars. I miss my old Triumph.

True, but I was lead to believe "import" is a generic term for japanese cars, although cars from Europe are indeed imports I hardly ever hear them referred to as so. In any case, my mistake!

Yes, its a common misconception. It doesnt have to come from halfway around the world to be an import (Japan/Korea). Many people think Hyundai is Japanese too. America is full of misconceptions
