I was driving the other day and I saw a set on this guys car and they were Glow in the Dark rims kind of like Indiglo not just lip the whole rim i was damm what will they think of next lol ? have anybody else seen these?

how is making your car look nice and clean being a ricer christ some people have some fucked up delusions. a car with no huge wing zero stickers and no fart pipe equals a ricer? well then i guess i am one to but then again i bet they have ugly slow car that cant even compete on any level be it car show or drag race. how sad for them
