only reason to get a DL is to have storefront and parking lot with cars for sale. Other than that its not needed.

they mainly track Tags not titles i got cought cause i used to always buy Temp tags for all my cars cause i would fix one and buy another,they called me and came to my apartment"which was even worse"do to all the motors and car parts so i got checked over for that to.
