Default model cars

anyone build these things? i got bored the other day and started working on this one again. jzx90 toyota mark 2 sedan, scratchbuilt roll bar, seats and steering wheel from kunny's jzx100 d1 model as well as the front bumper and rear wheels. r33 gtr front wheels, r32 gtr front lip, also have an evo 3 fmic for it. roll bar i painted yellow now, and it's gonna get decalled up (nightwalkers and rough world ftw) not nearly done but i thought i'd see who else was into these things. also got a trueno hatch i've been working on with watanabes and longchamps on it.

I used to be really into doing models, but I did aircraft and tanks, tried a few cars but never got into them too much. I do still have a 1990-something model Ford Escort rally car model sitting on my shelf though...

I build models sometimes. The last one I built recently was this old model kit from the 1950's! It's an Austin Healey 100-6. I'm a fan of classic sports cars. This one was hard because they didn't have the vacuum form technology 50 years ago that we have today. So the body has to be assembled in 5 parts. I also like to add some
"weathering" to the cars to make 'em look like they were driven.

Nice models, guys.

Silvia_San, are you using Fancy Feast as model glue? I heard it hardens like cement.

I remember having free time and building models. I think it was nice, but that was a thousand years ago.
