Bad Idea to encourage bad behavior like that. With that kind of attitude of touching shit that don't belong to him he's on his way to getting himself in trouble when he crosses the wrong person. You guys can call me pessimistic all you want but I don't even tell my kids to talk to strangers unless they absolutely have to or better yet go touching people's shit in the middle of a parking lot. It doesn't matter if it was someone elses car or even if it was MY car I would teach my children to come and tell me and I will resolve the issue. Especially at such a young age. That shit might fly on leave it to beaver or in a hardy boys book but in this day that level of presumptuousness will only get a child hurt or in trouble.

Thats true , He shouldn't talk to strangers. But period. Not even if he had too unless it was like in school grounds like another teacher, the principle etc.. etc.. But on the street He should of never talked to me. It was kinda funny. I took it with a little humor.
