Yeah but I slept soundly at night with a $120 "Kujo" flea market alarm system that NEVER got stolen. AND my drivers side door had something wrong with the lock that caused it never to unlock, so I pretty much fixed it so it could never lock . Stealing my car would've been a piece of cake had a thief just walked up and opened the drivers side door...LOL.....and I lived in Town and Country ....guess I was one of the lucky ones. My thing is if you have to worry about your shit getting stolen like that maybe it's not worth it, at least not until you can afford to protect it, namely have a house with a garage to park it in

 

+1 I had a 1G eagle talon tsi AWD that I had a shitload of fun in until when it broke down some ass towed it the wrong way and fucked up the frame.

 

I would rather have a stock car in my driveway than a spot where my modified Honda used to sit.

 

+1, the way guys steal hondas around here it's almost like your house is a performance shop and you're just building a nice car for them to pick up at 3 in the morning without you knowing.

 

I suggest getting a car that nobody wants. It's worked flawlessly for me. Left my car unlocked with the lights on and the keys in the ignition for a half hour in a huge Orlando parking lot at night. Car wasnt even glanced at.

There are many MANY excellent cars that nobody knows or cares about that are far better cars than Hondas for performance. A little research here and there and you're bound to find something uncommon thats even more fun.
