best advise I can give you is...
if you're driving with a bunch of other cars, drive in a way to blend in with traffic. ie. don't stand out by changing lanes and leading the pack.
if you are all alone, do the speed limit +5 to 10 mph max depending on the area.
Go to the track to take out your driving "aggression".
