... it is normal.
the sun will heat it up and settle out the bubbles. if they are still there in a week call the place and let them know. but dont be concerned after just 2 days. and leave it out in the sun.

i would call them because i used to install tint and when the cars left they had no bubbles nor would they ever create bubbles. If it did i gave them my personal cellphone and would go to wherever they are and fix it on the spot.
What brand of tint did they use?
Dime sized bubbles are definitely NOT normal (well, normal for a $h!tty intaller I guess)
I'd take it back and have them attempt a fix with a heat gun or re-apply a new sheet correctly...

It is normal depending on what you are seeing. There is a difference between water spots and bubbles. If its dime sized and can be seen mostly from the inside that outside it may be a pocket of water which was not fully squeegeed out. This will clear up by itself. Bubbles are pockets of air that can be seen mostly on the outside which may clear up also.
It usually takes some time for tint to fully cure.
