Strobes illegal?
Like he said above me , if the car is in drive ... it is illegal . If the car is in a stationary position as in park , it is legal . Your not allowed to have them on on any road , highway ...etc if you are caught you could be charged with impersonation of a Government official which is a Felony . So imo , it's not really worth it unless your going to alot of car shows .
If the car is in motion, yes. Either way, having strobes make you look like a f***tard.

If they are orange/clear they are legal in motion if you are in construction/highway/road maintenance (privately owned allowed if contracted with government entity). so like was said don't do it unless you have lots of mods already, or like to get pulled over for impersonating government personnel

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.
