Strobes illegal?

If you have strobe light on the outside of your car, is it illegal?

Yes they are, Any light Pulsating on your vehicle is illegal.

I think it's illegal if your moving on the road, but not if your car is sitting still aka parked.

remember if u even move in a parking lot you are breaking the law.I know this cause my friend got ticketed for moving his truck to another parking spot with strobes.
