This model starts at 34k, w/ AWD, its 37k Even the base is 28k


or you can get this for 16k base, and under 20k loaded, then add leather aftermarket and whatever other options you want. Yeah it has 100 less hp, but gets better gas mileage by far. Only main difference is the 3rd row seat, but for 10k not quite worth it in my eyes.

 

Exactly! Why don't people realize when they spout off crap like, "Fords are not quality cars" then they might as well hang a "I don't know shit about cars" sign around their collective necks?

Ford has been tearing it up with all sorts of quality ratings in recent years, at times surpassing Toyota and even Honda, yet the preconceived and unfounded notion that they are lesser cars still remains.

The Flex is a good vehicle. Yes, the MSRP is pretty high, but do you know what you can walk out of a dealership paying for one of those right now? My guess is thousands less than MSRP, maybe even close to $10K less. Ford needs to move those vehicles and you can get a VERY good deal right now. With the money you save, you can buy gas for years.

These are cool ass vehicles and very nice. Yes they are similar to the Toasters....but with a third row.

Draw backs have been noted, Fail wheel Drive and 10K more than an Xb. other than that it is really cool and as seen in the pics of the black one, they can be done up REAL nice.

 

Aoshi people wont be buying the flex for there kids like these people do the xb's and xa's, TC's etc. this is a family SUV, you know like expedition, explorer, Tahoe, pathfinder, etc.

plus IMO 34k for a fully loaded AWD SUV isent bad at all. it gets like 24mpg city and like 30 mpg highway. name another fullsize SUV that does that? fullsize as in seats 7.

 

This XUV is awsome.

 

from being in the automotive industry i see brand new fords every day with issues. currently im driving a rental 08 Ford Escape and ill admit its surprised me but Mazda developed it. one ting that doesn't make since to me is why the escape is fwd with a big v-6, the tires spin way to easily.

 

I've been to dealerships where honda's come in with wiring issues, O2 sensors etc, toyotas same way. not really big issues, just little things causing them not to run right.
