Car got hit, body shop suggestions?

is there insurance taking care of it???
it may be a total loss.... it being an old car and my need a quarter panel replaced....
I got hit in my old 93 hatch back in the rear driver quarter... my insurance told me total loss... for a watermelon sized dent...

Well, took it to sterling auto body (where the insurace company wanted me to get a quote and pictures done). And they said it would be aprox 1000 to fix it, no cut and weld, just weld and pull. Gunna check a few other places suggested here. Not selling it, love my z 
Worst case is it's a total and I get another shell and do some swapping of parts.
