Default Snapped bolt head....help?

Okay well im running out of ideas i was working on my 83 280zx na and i snaped a bolt off in the block while trying to pull the water pump there is ruffly a half inch hanging out. Ive tried a stud puller with no luck ive also tried to cut a slit in it to see if i can get it out with a screw driver but no luck. Ive been hitting it with pb blaster every chance i get but nothing. I could drill it out but i really dont have enough room between the block and the condensor. Need help asap i dont know what else i can do.

here is a ruff idea how much room i have just no radiator

Try heating it with a propane torch and letting it cool to see if it expands and contracts and breaks the rust bond a bit.

Clamp some vice-grip pliers down on it as tight as possible and whack them with a hammer to "impact" it loose.

Weld a nut to the end and try a socket wrench again to see if the pb blaster has done any good.

I'm in Port richey on ridge and 19. How far am I from you? I'll weld the nut on there with my mig and I guarantee we can get it out.

We got it. Took a few seconds with the welder, a slotted pry bar, and a few turns.

exactly what he's gonna do. It was super rusty in there. I made sure to keep the threads in tact, though.
