I was watching this Global Warming thing on Discovery or History channel and it seems this is a very big and threating situation. Why do we get engine swaps the don not pass emiision test forever polluting or beautiful mother earth? All the loud exhaust and running rich...why don't we all just go GREEN? Seriously I want to heal the ozone layer. I'll probably get flamed for this but these are the FACTS. I love the culture and I myself DO NOT want to give up the lifestyle. Why?

do you really think that alot of people are gonna change there cars for something more economical. I've wanted the car that I now have since i was a little kid, do you think that im gonna stop driving it because it gets shitty gas mileage ? the answer is NO.

You do realize that 90+% of the CO2 emissions are from nature right? I could not care less about what my car puts out.

my car gets better MPGs then most new cars, plus i have a cat, so...i'm pretty sure i'm coming out ahead
besides you need to be more worried about all the hoopties running around then our cars, we keep them in good running order mostly...
