2008 Eclipse - do not want
I figured as much on the interior (although you'd think they'd at least trim off the casting excess along the edges) and the 4 banger was no suprise either and was probably the best thing about the car because it got decent mileage and wasn't overly slow - although the exhaust note left alot to to be desired. The cars design is just dangerous, you cannot see what's behind you to the sides at all.
This does explain why I never see Eclipses at the autocross.
Why you would design what supposed to be a sporty car with a poor turning angle is beyond me.

its a car designed all around young women, they have no need to go fast.
i mean ppl can say the same for my car but at least it has some performance in it
I can't stand people who bash the Zetec. It has a great head and high power potential.

I'm sure the v6 model gets you a nicer interior and a faster car, at least in a straight line. It does not however fix some glaringly bad issues with the car, the blind spots alone would make me recomend that no one buy this car. When you combine that with inability of it to even make a simple u-turn who in their right mind would want this thing. My step-dads '88 Lincoln Town Car has a better turning radius fer christsakes.
Also I'm not bashing Mitsubishi, just this one particular pos they produced.
I'd actually buy an EVO 9 if I had the money - so they can make an awd sedan that you can see out of, goes fast, AND turns, why couldn't they do it with their sporty little coupe?
