for 100-150 you're still going to be stuck with shit

the only GOOD HID is a retrofit, i love the S2K HIDs, best i've found thus far, but lexus has some nice ones, and alot of people use the BMW ones as well as acura, but yeah, if its just a plug and play kit, its probably a waste of money

It's not necessarily a waste of money. They're way better than halogen. They're definitely not factory HID's though, that's for sure.

anything higher then 4300 or whatever is, once you get past the yellows and the whites it becomes a hazard to you and other drivers, as well as fatiguing your eyes much more-so then a white or yellow, as well as having a shorter wavelength and traveling a shorter distance, thus making it WORSE then standard lights

and yeah, a shitty cutoff might make you feel like a badass, but everyone else on the road thinks you're a prick

4300-6000k is pretty much what you want. RX Motors have 'em in stock.

I am running a set of 5k's on my car and love them. Some of the best kits I've seen are from mobilehid.com. That's where I got mine. They are expensive compared to ebay kits but they are worth it imo.

i like the blueish color WAY better than the normal white, and ive never had any complaints about mine...maybe cuz im not a ricer that points them straight up at ppl so theyll look brighter

i have the ebay ones and theyre not bad at ALL, but ive seen other integras with hid's with 10 times better quality
