if you are really worried just move it to a different spot once or twice a week ,it'll look like your driving it . don't forgret to back it in so they cant see if theres a tag from the street.I had a similar problem. some county person or city ...i forget ,anyways they came and left a paper saying they were going to start fining for a non operational vechicle sitting in my driveway.(i guess they dove by a couple times and seen it in the same spot)unless i move it or put it in the garage there will be a $100 a day or week bullshit penelty. so started moving it around since the driveway is pretty big and noone ever said anything again.that was last year.
