Default rice or not rice

Ok lets be serious here some of us have knockoff wheels(right). im getting the hook up on some and i want to paint them. would it be rice to paint knockoff wheels or just wheels in general.

no... you can paint wheels, not rice in my book.

It's kool, people do it all the time. I think it's HOW you do it. I did a how 2 on my website. You can change it to suit your needs...

what grain sand paper do i use. there silver imma paint tem gold or bronze

Scuff them with 320 and make sure that the clear is gone. If they still look shiney, keep goin'. Any curb rash?

320 grit sandpaper.
